- "Something Went Wrong! Try again! --> Operation error
- This means there is an incorrect information provided. For immediate assistance, you may call our Customer Service hotline at (+632) 8887-9188 from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Mondays to Fridays (except holidays). - "Sorry, the login details you have entered are not correct. Please try again."
- This means that you may have entered an incorrect enrolled mobile number or email address under the 'Forgot PIN' option. Please check and try again. - "Something Went Wrong! Try again! -> Login failed, please enter the correct details to log in."
- There are 2 possible reasons for this error. You may have entered an incorrect enrolled mobile number, email address or PIN, or the mobile number and email address are not enrolled yet in our zukì app. Please check and try again. - "Something Went Wrong! Try again! --> Please try again later!"
- You need to upgrade to the latest version of zukì. Please check the Google Play Store or the App Store. - "App registration failed"
- This means you already have an existing account with us. Please use the same information to register in our zukì app. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Service hotline at (+632) 8887-9188 from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Mondays to Fridays (except holidays).
